Our 2023 Chardonnay has a delightfully expressive nose, balanced between tropical and floral notes, and mineral character. The addition of 12% concrete egg fermented component gives the palate a wonderful texture and breadth. This wine retains a firm acid backbone that will allow it to pair perfectly with charcuterie, lemon-based pasta sauces, and roasted white meats.

I bought a bottle through the WQLN auction in Erie, PA, Fabulous!! Had I had known how wonderful the wine was, I would have purchased more. Thanks for the delightful experience.
