Sauvignon Blanc
Crisp and refreshing, with lemon & citrus notes.
Our 2024 Sauvignon Blanc has a lovely nose, balanced between tropical aromas and hints of classic grassiness. A labor of love in the cellar, the wine was fermented in barrel and aged sur lie in oak with twice weekly stirring to build texture and palate weight. An indulgent wine to drink on its own, it would also pair well with Asian cuisine, chop salad, or lemon-chicken pasta.
