Harvest Game Dinner
Executive Chef Orlando Rodriguez and Sous Chef Sarah Hassler have planned a menu that focuses on fruits and vegetables grown locally, enhanced by memorable proteins, and paired with wines carefully selected to suit the character of each dish.  A deliberate dichotomy of the hearty and the delicate; the evening is sure to be a true celebration of all things autumn.
