Throughout the year, Executive Chef Orlando Rodriguez and Sous Chef Sarah Hassler host multi-course wine pairing dinners on Saturday or Sunday evenings. Typically five courses, these meals feature locally sourced ingredients from area farms, paired with local wine, beer, and spirits. The menus are often themed, such as our annual Harvest Dinner in October, celebrating the bounty of the Finger Lakes at harvest time. One thing we know for certain, they are a culinary experience not to miss!
