Come and learn about four different wine making processes as you taste wines on our new Staves and Steel Wine Tour!
Tour our cellar as you get a first-hand view of our new concrete egg and learn why using this winemaking process is experiencing a renaissance in the United States. Taste wines produced from our oak barrels and stainless steel tanks and finish with an explanation of methode champenoise while sipping our 2003 Brut!
