A holiday tradition hosted every year at Glenora Wine Cellars is Dosage Your Own Champagne.  This event offers people the opportunity to have a scheduled appointment with our winemaker, Steve DiFrancesco, to dosage Champagne to their taste.  A hands on experience that is fun and educational. You will take home your personalized bottles of Champagne with you that day.  This event will allow you to have an ample supply of Champagne on hand for special occasions or for gifts. 

 

The dates for Dosage Your Own Champagne are Saturday and Sunday, December 12 & 13, 2009.  Appointments are one hour and run 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM each day.  The minimum purchase per person is 6 bottles/12 bottles per couple, and the cost is $15 per bottle.  Each participant also receives a certificate of participation signed by Steve DiFrancesco.

 

To make your reservation for Dosage Your Own Champagne call 607.243.5511 and ask to speak to Kerry Pierce, or email your request to kerry@glenora.com.  At the time you make your reservation, please indicate how many bottles you wish to dosage and the number of people who will be present at your appointment, in order for us to allow ample time to serve you.  Kerry can also direct your call for room reservations if you would like to stay the night at our beautiful 30-room Inn overlooking the vineyards and Seneca Lake.
