Orlando’s professional experience includes Executive Sous Chef at The Elms Restaurant and Tavern in Ridgefield, CT. The restaurant was rated “Excellent” by The New York Times during his tenure. Orlando came to Glenora from the Mediterraneo in Greenwich, CT where he was the Chef de Cuisine. Orlando is fluent in Spanish. His knowledge, excitement, and experience together with his incredibly calm and witty demeanor, make all of us at Glenora Wine Cellars honored to have him leading our culinary team!
